Research On Quality Control Of TNK Host Security Controller Project Development

The security technology generally originated in the early 60s of last century in China, it is initial used in the Beijing Palace Museum. Security systems engineering, also called security technology engineering, is a security system comprising integrated security products and technological means, which aim is to protect people and the public safe. With the progress of human society, the growth of social wealth and technological level, people have put forward a new demand about the quality of security technology. The 21st century is the century of quality competition, in research and development (R&D) projects, popularizing the quality management ideas and methods, improving project quality are the inevitable requirements to adapt to the economic and social development. Therefore, the implementation process of research projects need strict quality control to ensure the success of the projects.This paper took an opportunity under the Shenyang metro construction, Tian Na Institute undertook the research and development work of security system host of some stations. In ordered to ensure the successful promotion of TNK security host controller, Tian Na Institute designed a more comprehensive quality control program for this R&D project by using project quality control theories, this program can guarantee the smooth implementation of the project and improve development efficiency.TNK host security controller is cusomed for Shenyang Metro by Tian Na Institute which must satisfy the requirements. In view of the characteristics of TNK project such as pertinency, planning, exploration, innovation and high quality, Tian Na Institute made a quality policy: well-design, scientific management, prevention-oriented and quality first, established quality control objectives for TNK project, designed matrix management model, assigned the main responsibility and authority of each department, builded a scientific quality management system to ensure the orderly conduct of the project. A good beginning is necessary to guarantee success of the project. Tian Na Institute controlled the project quality star with the design beginning. First, Tian Na Institute used Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technology to expand the customer requirements into quality-housing, this method provided a basic foundation for working out and implementing the quality control plan of the project. By studying the shortcomings in the development research process of previous projects, Tian Na Institute cut the TNK project into some different stages, and designed different quality control methods to ensure that the project be completed according to schedule. We must check the job of quality control at each stage and transition between stages strictly, using failure mode effects and criticality analysis (FMECA) technique to analyze security controller. We need to make the 4MIE control in production process well, set the mandatory inspection point, strengthen the management method of non-conforming products, establish the locale commissioning group to ensure the product is zero defect before deliver to using.Talents play a very important role in quality control management. TNK project always adhere to the quality control idea which is scientific outlook on development and people-centered concept, established an excellent and efficient team, this team provideed a strong guarantee for success of the project. Meanwhile, the practical application of quality control management theory made the all members in the project team have been exercised during the process and obtained practice experience of project quality control.
