The Traditional Chinese medicine is an important component of medical and health undertakings with Chinese characteristics.With its excellent product quality and good reputation,X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company has built a marketing network throughout the Chinese,the Southeast Asia,part of the European and the American markets.At present,pharmaceutical companies are facing the key problem of sustainable development in the increasingly competitive pharmaceutical market,and the development strategy of pharmaceutical companies is the premise of sustainable and rapid development of enterprises.For this reason,this paper analyzes the development strategy of X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company,and finds out the reasonable development strategy optimization measures.This paper takes strategic management as the main research direction,and uses EFE matrix,IFE matrix,Boston matrix and value chain analysis model to analyze the business environment,business combination and value chain of X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company.This paper holds that there are some problems in the development of X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company,including the lack of effective strategic control,marketing management,and human resource construction.Then based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward suggestions for the development strategy of X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company,in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the long-term development of X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company.Through the research,this paper believes that X Traditional Chinese Medicine Company can optimize its business combination,value chain,strategic control,marketing management,human resources.Through improving the corporate governance structure,strengthening dynamic management and control to improve corporate strategic control.In terms of optimizing marketing management,the product price level is optimized by increasing the price control of terminal retail,enhancing the added value of products,etc.;the sales channel is optimized by cultivating key distributors,strengthening the construction of e-commerce channels,implementing the initial positioning of the cultural center,etc.;the word-of-mouth construction is supported by strengthening the construction of time-honored brands,planning event marketing,and annotation Focus on advertising innovation and other ways to achieve product promotion optimization.The human resource management can be improved by optimizing the position and staffing,improving the construction of talent echelon,establishing a scientific salary system and optimizing employee motivation.
