| Shandong HZ Chinese medicine enterprise is engaged in the TCM herbs standardized cultivation,planting material development,Chinese herbal pieces research and development and production and sales.However,HZ company has not been set an effective enterprise development strategy.This dissertation analysis the external and internal conditions and combining the actual production and operation situation of HZ company and helps the company make development strategy.The strategy has important practical significance to it’s future development and also has a certain reference value to the strategic analysis and strategy development of the industry.In this dissertation,the author according to three steps in writing with case analysis method and literature research method.First for HZ company strategic management problems existing in the process of the in-depth investigation and study.Secondly using PEST analysis method,analyzing the macro environment of HZ company,and the Chinese traditional medicine industry and the development situation of traditional Chinese medicine industry market environment is analyzed,the Chinese medicine industry development prospect is determined.Among internal analysis,to the HZ company’s core competitive ability is evaluated analysis,determine the company’s competitive position.Then in the process of strategy formulation,the integrated use of SWOT analysis method of HZ company’s external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages were analyzed comprehensively,and select the development strategy of the enterprise,the new three board listing strategy and traditional Chinese medicine internationalization strategy.Finally,based on the optimization of organizational structure,developing human resources and cultivate core competence,information technology development,speed up the capital financing from six aspects of HZ company strategy implementation safeguard measures are put forward. |
