For the better development traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine formula granule as alternative or updated product to Chinese herbal pieces,traditional Chinese medicine formula granule have the advantages of security,convenience and its quality can be controlled,it adapted to modem people's rhythm of life,also injected new vitality into inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine culture.Traditional Chinese medicine formula granule started producing in 1994 through more than 20 years,and the controversy surrounding formula granule decline from year to year,and it has been accepted by doctors and patients.In 2017,with the implementation of the law on traditional Chinese medicine,the new medical reform program in zero addition with the drug policy,and implement"two tickets system",Chinese herbal medicine used as the actual carrier of the state develops traditional Chinese medicine,it can meet the provisions of the drug price addition,and meet the profit needs of medical terminals,the pace of development began to accelerate.Herbal medicine are divided into many forms:traditional herbs,Refined slices,traditional Chinese medicine granule,etc.Chinese herbal formula granules are used for convenience and the identity of the Herbal medicine,so that it can be accepted by more doctors and patients.At present the main consumption group is hospital patients,product positioning is limited in medicine,but formula granule as alternative or updated product to Chinese herbal pieces,its own properties totally the same as Chinese herbal pieces,also can be used as a health food or drinks,etc.,therefore its marketing strategy are wide and varied.At the same time,with the rise of Internet diagnosis and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine formula can be well adapted to online pharmacies,and achieve the purpose of diagnosis and treatment the patient by online and health care.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine formula will have a bright future.This paper will be based on the theory of marketing strategy,to analyze the sales of 5 formula granule pharmaceutical companies that allow production in china,with X enterprise as an example,according to the different product attributes,be based on 4P and 4C theory,to analyze marketing strategy through SWOT analysis.This paper will provide a reference for X enterprises in the development of traditional Chinese medicine formula in the future.
