Supply chain is a complex network structure composed of suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers,logistics service providers and other node enterprises.Faced with many uncontrollable factors and potential risks,once the operation of any node enterprise has some problems,which will directly affect the normal operation of its adjacent node enterprises,and even the whole supply chain.Meanwhile,lots of unpredictable losses are coming for the system.Therefore,before and after the interruption of supply chain system,understanding the operation condition,identifying the key parameters and subsystems,selecting the corresponding emergency measures,measuring the resilience and recovery ability,are vital for the effective management of supply chain system.So this paper mainly discusses the cost control and system optimization of supply chain from four aspects.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the system reliability,a model to measure the reliability of supply chain system is proposed.By understanding several classical supply chain reliability and its corresponding calculation methods,two situations of supply chain system are discussed respectively.Firstly,in a three-level supply chain system,composed of suppliers,distribution centers and retailers,in which the demand obeys the Poisson distribution function.The calculation methods of reliability on different nodes and the whole system are put forward.Secondly,the supply chain is mainly divided into three links: design link,manufacturing link and inventory link.According to the characteristics of different links,the expressions of reliability on each link and supply chain system are raised successively.(2)On the basis of system reliability,the calculation models of supply chain cost are proposed.First of all,in a three-level supply chain system,composed of suppliers,distribution centers and retailers,each node implements different inventory control strategy,the cost calculation methods of different nodes are posed.Secondly,the measurement of supply chain cost on different links is constructed in a supply chain system,which is mainly composed of design link,manufacturing link and inventory link.(3)According to the reliability and cost of supply chain,combined with the theories of importance measure and the evaluation methods of node importance,this paper puts forward calculation models of importance on different nodes and different links in the supply chain system successively.Firstly,considering whether the demand is a constant or a variable,and combining several commonly used calculating formulas of importance measure on various nodes,the CIM,DIM,MAD of each node in the supply chain system are proposed respectively.Secondly,the supply chain is mainly divided into three links: design link,manufacturing link and inventory link.From the view that the cost of different links and the BIM,the calculation methods of BIM-oriented on various links are put forward in turn.(4)In the case of interruption,a recovery function of the failed node and three resilience measurements are presented respectively.Firstly,combined with the current research results,a simple recovery function of the disruptive node is proposed.Secondly,according to the order of time node when productivity of the original node is fully restored,supply and demand are exactly equal during the interruption,and after a certain period of supply,the strategic inventory is restored to the original quantity,the resilience of supply chain is mainly discussed from three situations.Thirdly,considering four resilience measures: strategic inventory,real option,redundant productivity and the recovery of productivity,this paper analyzes the space resilience,time resilience and composite resilience supply chain system under different measures in order.The contents above can provide some references on cost control and optimization of system for supply chain system in future.
