As the financial crisis broke out in2008, the global economy has been affected largely and the demand has reduced. In order to relieve the national stress, the western countries are taking measures to protect their trade. The situation of our foreign trade keeps depressed, and the mode of traditional container trade is not optimistic. From the total order number of the canton fair and the change of the number, we can see that the prime time of the traditional trade has gone. Under the background of the economic globalization, the foreign trade enterprises begin to lower their cost, develop the cross-border e-commerce, shorten the supply chain and face the overseas consumers directly. The existing large number of orders has turned into small and high-frequency orders, and the small cross-border trade develops quickly.The cross-border e-commerce helps the customers to buy foreign goods without going abroad and opens the door of shopping without borders, which can benefit the residents and some enterprises. The platform of cross-border e-commerce, like Dunhuang Network, Lightlnthebox, Aliexpress and so on, develops quickly. At the same time, Lightln The Box went public in America in2013. Though our cross-border e-commerce has no technical difficulty in the construction of the web-shopping platform, It still takes risks in payment, clearance, logistics and other procedures.On the basis of the previous analysis, this paper is intituled as Research on the export issues of cross-border e-commerce in China and it’s divided into six parts.The framework is as follow:Charter one is the introduction, which briefs the origin of cross-border e-commerce from the underground and the significance of the paper, concludes the researches of other writers on this issue and present the innovations and deficiencies of this paper.Charter two is the generality of the cross-border e-commerce, which divides the cross-border e-commerce into four categories according to the function of the enterprises in the procedure. And analysis the main target markets of cross-border e-commerce in our country and its development trend, finally, according the following three aspects:the global electronic commerce environment, national policy, consumer habits change to discuss the opportunity of cross-border e-commerce development in our country, made a comprehensive preparation for the following detailed study.Charter three is the cross-border e-commerce agents, according to the different cross-border e-commerce agent, this chapter is divided into three parts, in order to find out what actually cased the problems, I focus on the analysis of several mainstream ways, and then think about its future trend.Charter four is the present situation and main problems of export in cross-border e-commerce development. Firstly it analyzes the current situation and the development trend of global cross-border e-commerce. And then analyzes our country’s cross-border e-commerce. It also analyzes the problems that our country’s cross-border e-commerce faced on the basis of the third charter, focuses on the problem of payment, logistics and clearance and makes preparation for the next charter.Charter five comes up with some constructive measures to promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce according to the above-mentioned charters.Charter six is the conclusion, which concludes the above parts briefly and anticipates the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in the future.Under the background that cross-border e-commerce develops quickly, our government should analyzes the situation and make some policies to make convince for the middle-and-small enterprises to develop the business of the cross-border e-commerce.
