The Research Of Industrial Heritage Tourism Development Strategy From The Perspective Of Experience

Since the 21st century,industrial heritage tourism at home and abroad has grown rapidly and has become an emerging force in the tourism industry in the new era.Developing industrial heritage tourism is a significant way to realize its own unique value and an important means to realize the transformation of urban economic structure with industrial heritage resources and to bloom new vitality.In the complex world of tourism,tourism experience is the core and developing industrial heritage tourism is an important way to satisfy the needs of tourists for industrial heritage experience.Although industrial heritage tourism at home and abroad has entered the golden age of development and made remarkable performance,industrial heritage tourism faces many problems in reality.For example,the development of domestic industrial heritage tourism puts more emphasis on landscape display and puts less emphasis on tourist experience;puts more emphasis on resource mining and puts less emphasis on theme positioning;and puts more emphasis on image building and puts less emphasis on service experience.As a result,problems such as unclear experience theme,inadequate experience service and uncreative experience products seriously restrict the development of industrial heritage tourism.Tourists lack experience and satisfaction when visiting the industrial legacy of high historical value,scientific value,social value and artistic value.Therefore,it is a problem to be solved for industrial heritage tourism to make tourists enjoy a satisfactory tourism experience.As one of the first batch of national mine parks,the tourism development of the Fuxin Haizhou Open-pit National Mine Park will bring new opportunities for the economic transformation and revitalization of the northeast region,and provide a new reference model for the tourism development of other resource-exhausted cities with industrial heritage.It is against this background that this paper makes a systematic study on experiential tourism development strategy of National Mine Park in Haizhou Open-pit of Fuxin by means of literature research,semi-structured interviews and field observation from the perspective of experience.Firstly,this study analyzes and studies the relevant theories of industrial heritage tourism,tourism situation,tourism involvement,and experience interface.Meanwhile,it sorts out the development context of the National Mine Park in Haizhou Open-pit of Fuxin,and introduces the development status of the park.It collects the relevant data through semi-structured interviews and field observations,and reorganizes and analyzed through open coding,axial cording and selective coding.Secondly,it uses Nvivo software to deeply analyze the tourism development problems of National Mine Park in Haizhou Open-pit of Fuxin under the perspective of experience.Finally,it builds a theoretical model of the experiential development of industrial heritage tourism scenic spots,and puts forward the tourism development strategy of the National Mine Park in Haizhou Open-pit of Fuxin under the perspective of experience,which are the image building and environment atmosphere of scenic sports based on the tourist situation,the theme positioning and tourism marketing planning of scenic spots based on the tourism involvement,and the design of scenic spot service and creativity of tourism products based on experience interface.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,tourism situation is the basic element of experiential development of industrial heritage scenic spots.It will continue to stimulate and influence the tourists,while directly related to overall impression and experience of the scenic spots of the tourists.Meanwhile,to create physical situation with landscape and facilities as the main content as well as the psychological situation with scenes and feelings as the main content will increase the attraction and attention of the tourists.Secondly,tourist involvement is an important part of experiential development of industrial heritage scenic spots.It is a psychological and behavioral state of the perception of scenic spots of the tourists.Meanwhile,the degree of the correlation between the scenic spots and tourists affects the degree of involvement of tourist.The higher the attention and investment of the tourist,the deeper the involvement of tourists in scenic spots.The accurate and personalized thematic positioning,practical and creative marketing planning will make tourists highly associated with scenic spots.Thirdly,experience interface is a key link in the experiential development of industrial heritage scenic spots,and it is an important aspect to improve the quality of experience of tourists.To extend and expand the experience interface are effective way to improve the quality of experience of tourists.Meanwhile,to give more time and space in tourism services and products in scenic spots can load the information and capacity of the experience interface and enhance the experience effect of the tourists.The innovation of this paper is to construct a theoretical model of experiential development strategy of industrial heritage tourist scenic spots.This model organically integrates the physical context,psychological situation,landscape,facilities,scene,feeling,image,atmosphere,theme,marketing,product and service in accordance with the tourism situation,tourism involvement and experience interface theory,and provides a practical strategy for the experiential tourism development of the National Mine Park in Haizhou Open-pit of Fuxin.Although it has some innovations in theory and practice in this paper,However,firstly,due to my personal ability is limited,secondly,the data collected through semi-structured interviews and on-site observations are not comprehensive,thirdly,the analysis of Nvivo software is not very deep,fourthly,the theoretical model of experiential development of industrial heritage scenic spots needs to be improved,fifthly,the strategy of experiential development strategy proposed is still very rough and simple,which provide a broad space for further research in this paper.
