The pallet industry plays an important supporting role in the circulation of materials throughout the society. However,China's pallet industry is faced with a series of problems in the development process, mainly manifested in the low standardization of pallets, the saturation of service demand, the shortage of operating companies' funds, and the intensified competition between domestic and foreign industries. At present, the pallet enterprises are small in scale, difficult to keep up with the requirements of the times, and face many problems in development.Due to the limitations of the resources of a single enterprise,"heating in groups" has become an important option for the survival and development of many enterprises.More and more enterprises have begun to establish or join pallet sharing alliances.Although pallet companies participating in the alliance can effectively integrate resources, they are faced with the development constraints of poor alliance stability.Among them, the distribution of interests restricts the stable development of the alliance.Based on this, studying the benefit allocation of the pallet sharing alliance can serve as a good reference for the sustainable development of the pallet sharing alliance, and can also make up for the study of the pallet sharing alliance benefit allocation.Taking the pallet sharing alliance as the research object, the TOPSIS method with multi-objective comprehensive decision-making attributes is used to construct a pallet sharing alliance benefit allocation model that integrates multi-dimensional factors. In order to calculate the single-factor benefit distribution amount, the cooperative game,Shapley value and other methods are used to establish an interest distribution model of four factors such as effort level, marginal contribution, risk bearing and input cost, and then study the single-factor benefit distribution amount as the TOPSIS method Variable matrix to establish a comprehensive benefit distribution model of the pallet sharing alliance, thereby obtaining the alliance benefit distribution amount under comprehensive multi-factors.Based on the example, the rationality of the comprehensive benefit allocation model is analyzed by solving the alliance benefit allocation of single factor and the union benefit allocation based on TOPSIS method. The research results show that the profit distribution model established by the TOPSIS method integrates the four contribution elements of the pallet enterprises under the alliance operation, which meets the pallet enterprise's requirements for the alliance's benefit distribution,so the stable operation of the pallet sharing alliance is maintained.
