The logistics pallet is a unitized delivery vehicle that integrates loading,unloading and transportation.Promoting its rational use can effectively reduce logistics costs,improve logistics efficiency,and ensure smooth connection between logistics links.At present,some developed countries have realized the utilization of pallet resources by maximizing the utilization of pallet resources,solving the difficulties of pallet maintenance and recycling,and reducing the idleness and waste of resources.This is to establish a positive impact on the efficiency of logistics systems and the reduction of total social logistics costs.With the rapid development of China's modern logistics industry,the demand for pallets has shown rapid growth.In recent years,the use of pallet sharing has attracted the attention of industry and experts.However,China's current pallet sharing system,or a limited range of services,or a single service model,or service-specific customers,has led to few companies in the community who are optimistic about the tray sharing system but actually establish a pallet sharing system.Therefore,this paper is based on the prediction and analysis of pallet demand,and explores the construction of a pallet sharing system with Chinese characteristics.Through literature reading and analysis,this paper selects six economic indicators and multiple regression analysis methods to conduct statistical and predictive analysis of freight volume in Hunan Province,and uses the correlation analysis between freight volume and pallet usage to obtain the total demand for pallets in Hunan Province.On this basis,using qualitative and quantitative combined analysis method to explore which trays are more in line with environmentally friendly and resource-saving characteristics;analyze the benefit distribution plan of various stakeholders in the pallet sharing system through Raiffa solution model,combined with actual cases The model is modified,and the modified model is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the most reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is finally determined.The forecast results show that the total amount of pallets required for pallet sharing is significantly reduced compared to single use with pallets.Through the analysis of resource necessity and social necessity,it can be seen that the shared use of pallets is the future development trend of China's pallet industry;the modified Raiffa solution model increases the three influencing factors such as the amount of investment in the system,the daily operational services and risks assumed.Compared with the initial benefit distribution plan,the income of each enterprise in the new benefit distribution plan has changed.Meanwhile,the evaluation results reflect that the probability of the new program being "fair and reasonable" is 42.58%.The results show that:(1)pallet sharing is more environmentally friendly and resource efficient.The use of pallet sharing helps to reduce the cost of pallet procurement and storage,standardize pallet production,ensure pallet quality and size,and facilitate the promotion and application of "belt transportation" mode.(2)The revised benefit distribution plan is fair and reasonable.The benefit distribution plan must consider the actual contributions and risks of various stakeholders in the system.Therefore,in the case of this paper,the incomes of Enterprise 1 and Enterprise 2 are higher than the initial model,while the income of Enterprise 3 is significantly lower than before.
