With the rapid development of China's economy,especially under the background of the increasingly perfect socialist market economy system,in the face of the strong rise of local forestry enterprises,as well as the policy dividends and technological competitive advantages of Sino-foreign joint ventures in the past gradually dispelled,What follows is the aggravation of enterprise competition and the promotion of management pressure.As we all know,performance management,as one of the core parts of the enterprise human resources management system,is related to the promotion of the core competitiveness of the enterprise market.Nowadays,how to construct a scientific and reasonable performance management system has attracted much attention from academics and managers.In view of this,this article uses Hainan gold As a blue book,China Forestry Co.,Ltd.(Jinhua Co.,Ltd.),on the basis of summarizing the previous research results,uses the PDCA theory to study and analyze the optimization design of the enterprise's performance management system.As the "first workshop" of the world's largest paper company(Jinguang Group APPA),Jinhua Company is still lagging behind in its performance management system and related system construction due to various historical factors.Can not meet the current stage of strategic development needs of enterprises.For this reason,by integrating relevant information about performance management,PDCA theory and performance management tools,this paper discusses the current situation of performance management in Jinhua Company by using qualitative analysis method,and discusses the current situation of performance management in Jinhua Company.The existing problems and shortcomings are as follows:the design of the performance management system is not scientific,the performance management plan is out of line with the strategic objectives of the enterprise,and the implementation of the performance management process is carried out.Unscientific,performance appraisal results and feedback use is not appropriate.Then,using PDCA theory,this paper implements(D),performance appraisal and evaluation(C),based on KPI from performance plan and goal setting(P),performance communication and goal.Performance management feedback and processing(A)four levels are discussed separately to explain the construction of the company's performance management system more systematically and comprehensively.Subsequently,the performance management system based on the PDCA theory has the characteristics of recurring and spiral progressive development.Therefore,this paper also puts forward the countermeasures of implementing security:to establish the correct understanding of the concept of performance management,and to establish a systematic and objective enterprise performance management system,and further update and improve the existing system.Improve employee performance training and career planning,other level of related recommendations.
