Performance management has been used wildly as an important means of human resource management in modern enterprises, but the result isn't ideal in the actual application. It is a worthwhile research lesson how to design a scientific and valid performance management system according to the developing demand of Chinese enterprises. Now most of scholar solve a series of performance management problem with the way of changing performance evaluation technique, though many performance evaluation methods have been used, but they are not effective.So the thesis tries to establish the valid performance management process system from the another angle, paying more attention to performance formation process and continuously improve on performance result, paying attention to continuously promote the level of performance, then having a new way to improve performance management. The PDCA theory is a kind of scientific summarize to continuous improvement and spiral type rise. The system that will be established according to PDCA theory incarnates adequately dynamic and systemic modern performance management.This thesis analyzes A company performance management system, and establishes the whole performance management process system of A company according to the PDCA circulating theory. According to the character of A company performance management, the process system simplifies the core management procedure,making result of performance management more somply and easy to control. I hope that it can be used for reference for the business enterprise that will establish or put in practice performance management system.
