Research On IATF16949 Quality Management System Operation Improvement Of SX Company Based On PDCA Cycle Theory

On the basis of ISO9001 quality management system requirements standards,IATF16949 are quality management system requirements designed on automobile production and relevant ancillary service industry,to suit the needs of the global collaborative production of the automotive industry,also to avoid the increase in procurement costs caused by suppliers to implement multiple quality system standards and do certification registration repeatedly.It is widely used in the design,development,production,installation and service of automotive-related parts and components.It is worldwide recognized quality management system standards and certification registration program.However,due to the different actual situation of the enterprise,the system operation effects are not controllable.How to effectively improve the enterprise's operation IATF16949 quality management system and to truly reflect the system value has become an urgent problem before us.SX Lithium Battery Co.,Ltd.is a well-known lithium battery manufacturer in Anhui Province.It has passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification and get access to license for the automotive industry.Meanwhile,it has made tremendous efforts in the operation of the quality management system.The product quality and corporate reputation has achieved big improvement.Despite that system operation is well on the whole,there's still big room for improvement,as the restrictions by market changes,organizational management,human resources and other reasons.This paper analyzes the current situation of SX's quality management system,and summarizes the problems found in the internal and external audits of the company system in recent years,to analyze the main factors that lead to the poor operation of the system,which guides the direction for further improvement.By mainly using the PDCA cycle theory,applying requirements of the IATF16949 system,this paper provides specific reference solutions for the planning,implementation,inspection and further improvement of the system improvement,also improve the overall quality management level of the enterprise,and improve product quality and reputation.Not only for SX company,the research results in this paper have certain reference value and practical guiding significance for enterprises with similar backgrounds,especially for small enterprises.
