Source Fly In The Manufacturing Department Employee Performance Management To Optimize The Design,

The effectivity of performance management is significant to improve competence of enterprise, especially for the rapidly developing enterprises. As a result, more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of performance management.In this dissertation,the performance management of the manufacturing department of Yuanfei Company is investigated. The existing problems in performance management were found out by analyzing the data of performance assessment and the results of questionnaire. To resolve these problems, optimization design of performance management system was carried out in PDCA frame.To obtain the performance management project of the manufacturing department of Yuanfei Company, three aspects as follows were discussed:(1) The composition of PDCA frame was discussed, and the measures and resolvents which should be established during optimization were briefly introduced.(2) The optimization design of performance assessment was studied emphatically because it is the core of PDCA frame.(3) The measures to make the optimized performance management into reality were established, including enterprise culture, training and inner and external promotion.Based on the investigation above and the practical results, the performance achievements in all aspects of the manufacturing department of Yuanfei Company are improved by different extents. Therefore, the optimization design of performance management is effective.The performance management under PDCA frame is a circular procedure. Consequently, the optimized performance management was estimated in the end. The deficiency this study was pointed out in order to find out resolvent in next cycle.
