With the development of eeonomy,the expansion of enterprises and the development of new markets,human resource outsourcing management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management.The increasing number of employees and the tedious work of personnel training,recruitment and salary design restrict the enterprise's improvement in its core business.In order to enable enterprises to focus more attention and capital on the competition and development of their eore business,enterprises began to focus on human resources outsourcing business.Select specialized human resources outsourcing service enter:prises for outsourcing business.By outsourcing the repetitive and non-core human resources business to professional organizations for management,we can obtain high-quality and professional human resources services,at the same time,we can save costs for enterprises and obtain more economic benents.Enterprise A is a famous local food manufacturer.All kinds of products produced by enterprise A are welcomed by consumers.Its products sell well in the whole three provinces.Due to the influence of seasonality and periodicity of food and other factors,the requirement for human resources is beconung more and more specialized and diversified,which prompts A enterprises to transfer part of the functions of human resources to professional human resources outsourcing eompanies,so that the original problems of A enterprises can be solved;however,in the process of outsourcing,there are some new risk problems.The problem not only affects the enterprise's own information security,but also hinders the development of enterprise A's long-term human resources strategic planning.Therefore,how to correctly understand the risks and find out the causes of the risks and propose solutions is an urgent management problem for enterprises A.For the research on the outsourcing risk of A enterprises,the core chapters of this paper mainly have the following points:(1)Torough the questionnaire method,it is learned that the risks existing in the outsourcing process of A enterprises are mainly concentrated in the outsourcing business planning stage,business maintenance stage,and The outsourcer selects the stage and analyzes the specific risks one by one,and analyzes the causes of the risks according to the company's own situation.(2)The risk identification part uses the risk factor decomposition method and theoretical analysis method to analyze the outsourcing risk factors existing in the current A enterprise mainly in the three aspects of the outsourcer itself,the outsourcing environment and the enterprise itself,and establishes a system for the A enterprise.Risk identification system.(3)Based on the identified risk factors,the framework of the risk evaluation system is constructed,and the weighting system of human resources outsourcing risk of A enterprise is designed by fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process.The risk is at a relatively shallow risk and is still under control.(4)Integrate the specific content of risk identification and evaluation.On this basis,carry out risk control at each stage of outsoourcing,and propose appropriate implementation safeguard measures to mitigate the losses caused by A in the future human resources outsourcing road.In the future,A company's human resources outsourcing decision-making will reduce risks and point the way for enterprise development.
