With the development of economy,the enterprise human resources management is more and more complex,professional human resources management company arises at the historic moment.In the development of modern enterprises,human resources management to enterprise’s requirement is very high,with the enlargement of enterprise scale,an increase in the number of employees,internal human resources department is difficult to meet the growing enterprise staff management.To the sound development of enterprises,now in enterprise management,the majority of enterprises to choose human resources outsourcing,in the process of human resources outsourcing,the enterprises not only reduce the pressure of the personnel and can enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the enterprise,but in the process of human resources outsourcing,also faces the risk of different problems,especially in human resource outsourcing yes subcontractor selection,such as the contract signing stage,all of these to the enterprise human resources outsourcing has more or less influence.Therefore,this article with A company as an example,from the Angle of the specific case company to analyze human resources outsourcing risk identification,risk measurement of human resources outsourcing is analyzed on the question.First,this paper puts forward the article source of ideas,in order to define the scope of study,and then expounds the basic content of the this study;Second,integration analysis in this paper,the theoretical basis of study on human resources outsourcing risk,and Outlines the theoretical basis in the specific application of A company;Again,on the basis of theoretical analysis,with A company as an example,analyses the problems existing in the human resources outsourcing management of A company,and the whole situation of human resources outsourcing case companies were discussed.Then,analyze the core content of this paper is the risk identification and analysis of A company,and possible risks in the outsourcing risk measurement,risk prevention measures are put forward at the same time,in the end,according to the results of the study,the analysis in this paper to explore human resources outsourcing risk summary results,and puts forward the future research plan and prospect.
