Returning Entrepreneurs refer to the groups who go back to rural areas(rural)for entrepreneurial activities. With the further acceleration of the urbanization process, the static balance between urban and rural entrepreneurs and enterprises has been broken. The environment of entrepreneurs and enterprises has become more and more complex and changeable.Business model innovation has gradually become an important means for enterprises to resist risks, gain competitive advantages and gain profits. In the process of daily operation and business model innovation, entrepreneurs and enterprises need to constantly break the boundaries of age, region, industry, etc.,and mobilize all kinds of internal and external resources,With the development of the era of knowledge economy, the knowledge of single individual or field returning entrepreneurs and enterprises themselves has been difficult to meet the needs of development and innovation,so entrepreneurship learning has become an important path of business model innovation for returning entrepreneurs.Based on this, this paper studies the internal relationship between cross-border and business model innovation from the perspective of entrepreneurs themselves, and introduces entrepreneurial learning as an intermediary variable. This paper takes Wickham's classic entrepreneurial model as the starting point, puts entrepreneurs in the main position, and on the basis of literature review, constructs a theoretical model of "cross-border orientation of returned entrepreneurs-Entrepreneurial Learning-business model innovation".Using the method of questionnaire and the hierarchical regression model(SPSS),this paper makes an empirical test on the three variables of returned entrepreneurs' cross-border orientation, entrepreneurial learning and business model innovation, and compares and discusses the test results with the existing literature. The conclusion of the study confirmed that:(1)In the cross-border orientation of returning entrepreneurs, ambassadorial behavior and coordination behavior have a positive impact on business model innovation, and detection behavior has a significant impact on business model innovation;(2)Exploring and utilizing entrepreneurial learning have positive influence on business model innovation;(3)Exploratory entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role in the influence of envoys' behavior on business model innovation,in coordinating the influence of behavior on business model innovation, and in detecting the influence of behavior on business model innovation;(4)Using entrepreneurial learning does not play an intermediary role in the impact of cross-border orientation of returning entrepreneurs on business model innovation. Therefore, this paper further discusses the relationship between cross-border orientation and business model of returned entrepreneurs,as well as the internal relationship between exploratory and exploitative entrepreneurial learning. The main innovation point of this study is to focus on returning entrepreneurs, starting from the facts, admit that they have the characteristics of entrepreneurs, explore the impact of cross-border orientation of entrepreneurs(three dimensions)on business model innovation as a whole, and introduce entrepreneurial learning as an intermediary variable into the study.
