With the changes of the times, social development, and scientific and technological progress, the rural farmland management based on family management is not compatible with the development of productive forces,so the development of rural economy in Xinjiang has been greatly hindered, mainly as follows:(1)The deep-seated contradiction shown by the property contract responsibility system and the inefficient allocation of land resources have resulted in low efficiency of land management.(2)Cultivated land is severely dispersed under this system, with frequent adjustment of the operating area of the cultivated land.If the land is uncertain, farmers will greatly reduce their investment in the land, resulting in an increasing area of abandoned and abandoned rural land. This research is mainly based on the distribution of questionnaires to obtain micro data in Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang region and use this as a basis to analyze the basic characteristics of the interviewed cotton farmers and the characteristics of participating land transfers using descriptive statistical analysis. There are problems such as unclear ownership of land property rights, imperfect land transfer information platform, unstandardized land transfer procedures, and inaccurate understanding of cotton farmers. Then use the logistic model to conduct an empirical analysis to study the factors influencing the path of three farmers with different management scales participating in land circulation and their differences.Based on the analysis results, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Factors that affect the participation of small-scale cotton farmers in land circulation include the age of the head of the household, the ethnicity of the head of the household, the number of years of education of the head of the household, income from family farming, and whether or not to issue land confirmation certificates. The circulation form, the circulation form of large cotton farmers, the exchange of cultivated land, the circulation to large planting households, the circulation period is1-10 years, and the circulation amount is 0-500 yuan/hm2.Cotton farmers in small-scale groups can suggest participating in the transfer of land, because the requirements for mechanization of cotton cultivation are relatively high, and the high input of small scale is unrealistic. You can consider transferring land by means of land equity and cooperative circulation.Liberate the labor force, and at the same time get the double benefits of dividends and part-time income, and improve lives.(2)Factors affecting the participation of medium-scale cotton farmers in land transfer include the age of the head of household, the number of years of education of the head of household, the income from family farming, and whether or not to issue land confirmation certificates. The factors influencing the path of the medium-sized group are written contracts, decentralized circulation forms, subcontracting and leasing, professional cooperatives,11-20 years circulation period, and circulation amount of 501-1000 yuan/hm~2.The proportion of land transfer in this scale is higher than that of land transfer, and the transfer period is also longer than that of the small-scale group.More importantly, the price of land of this scale is relatively stable, and the medium-scale group is encouraged to actively participate in land transfer.(3)Factors affecting the participation of large-scale cotton farmers in land transfer include the age of the head of the household, the number of years of education of the head of the household, the income from family farming, and whether or not to issue land confirmation certificates. The factors affecting the path of the larger group are written contracts, circulation forms of large agricultural households, exchange of cultivated land, circulation to professional cooperatives,21-30 years,1001yuan/hm~2.The larger-scale group recommends that the inflow of land expands the scale of operation,so as to give full play to its long-term accumulated agricultural management experience and experience, and realize the benefits of scale operation. Finally, according to the descriptive statistics and regression results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:(1)Raise the ideological understanding of cotton farmers, change the consciousness of small farmers, and insist on voluntary circulation of cotton farmers.(2)Improve the land circulation information platform, promote the supplement, exchange and cooperation of land circulation resources,so as to optimize the land circulation and the optimal allocation of regional superior resources.(3)Regulate the procedures of land circulation, participate in the circulation reasonably and legally;clarify the property rights of the land, improve the authenticity and effectiveness of the circulation;improve the government's policy service system, and provide follow-up services for cotton farmers participating in the circulation...
