community,benefit-sharing,risk-sharing.Promote the benign development of the cotton industry.Cotton is the main part of the cotton cultivation,improve farmers organization degree.Organization system innovation concept,organization system of binding,enhance farmers\"bounded rationality\",overcome the opportunism tendency,to make farmers aware of the importance of attending,so as to promote the enthusiasm of farmers,achieve the goal of participate in organized.Based on the household contract responsibility system at the same time,domestic and foreign scholars have made a lot of studies from different perspectives on this issue,generally believe that the implementation of agricultural industrial chain management there are contradictions between farmers,to solve the super small scale and large market to increase the income of farmers.Among them,one of the core industrial chain management is implemented for the innovation of agricultural industrial organization.Existing research has focused on the form of industrial organization on household income for more qualitative analysis,the results of these studies has made a very good suggestion for increasing the income of farmers.However,these studies did not systematically study on the influencing factors of the industrial organization of farmers willingness to participate and benefit,also did not compare different factors between farmer and enterprise benefit and effect of industrial organization mode.The author conducted preliminary investigation in the south of Xinjiang,North Xinjiang cotton producing county in 2012 June,and according to the research result feedback on questionnaire content of the modification and perfection.The formal questionnaire survey was conducted in July 20,2012 to August 20th in 10 counties in Xinjiang Shache County,Bachu County,Akesu City,Awati County,Korla County,Yuli County,Wusu County,county,Manasi County,Hutubi county.In the course of the investigation,the investigators a one-on-one meeting,after excluding 47 invalid questionnaires obtained 403 valid samples.Study on the organization of farmers is the main purpose of this study,the specific distribution of sample is Xinjiang organized 182 households,221 households of farmers not tissue.Southern farmers accounted for 59.55%,accounted for 40.45%of the cotton in North xinjiang;This study is divided into seven
