In the 21 st century,the core competition between enterprises is the competition for talents.Especially for financial service enterprises such as insurance,who has high-quality human resources,who can grasp the initiative of market competition and thus have an advantage in development."Post-90s" has gradually entered the workplace in recent years and has become a new force for enterprise development,but it has also brought a series of challenges for talent management.In recent years,the problem of frequent post-90 s turnover has become a huge problem faced by insurance companies.How to reduce the attrition rate of "post-90s" employees is a problem that should be paid attention to in the development of insurance companies.This article takes XH Insurance Henan Branch as the research object to explore the problem of employee turnover in the post-90 s.First,a brief introduction to XH Insurance Company's overview,and review of domestic and foreign employee turnover theories,which laid a theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of XH Insurance Henan Branch's "90s" employee turnover problem.Secondly,from the status and characteristics of the“post-90s”human resources of XH Insurance Henan Branch,the post-90 s employee turnover and the impact of employee turnover,it is pointed out that the “post-90s” employee turnover will increase the company 's human resource costs,Reduce work efficiency,frustrate internal cohesion,and weaken market competitiveness.Thirdly,in order to find out the factors affecting the turnover of XH insurance “post-90 s ” employees,questionnaires and statistical analysis methods are used to issue questionnaires to the company 's “post-90s”employees.Development,company management level and other five dimensions to assess the satisfaction of in-service employees,the analysis found that the main reason is the company's human resources management reasons,such as imperfect salary and welfare system,unreasonable performance evaluation system,unsound talent management mechanism,lack of Corporate culture.Finally,based on the relevant theories of employee turnover,combined with the specific situation of XH Insurance Henan Branch,this article puts forward effective countermeasures such as optimizing the salary and welfare system,optimizing the performance appraisalmechanism,optimizing the talent management mechanism,and cultivating a warm corporate culture.The turnover rate of “post-90s” employees of Henan Branch of Insurance Company.This article starts from the actual situation of XH Insurance Henan Branch,based on the data of the Human Resources Department,adds a questionnaire survey analysis of leaving and in-service employees,and summarizes the "post-90s" from three perspectives of society,companies,and "post-90s" personal factors.The reasons for employee turnover,this article proposes ideas and measures to solve the problem of "post-90s" employee turnover of XH Insurance Henan Branch,which has reference value for insurance companies in the same industry to reduce the "post-90s" employee turnover rate.
