With the more than30years of reform and opening-up, the insurance industry of China has achieved a very good development and it becomes a very important part of the national economy. Especially after the Third Plenary Session of the18th Central Session of the Chinese Communist Party, the development of the whole insurance industry has been accelerated, both in quantity. Now, it is not only a simple part of people’s normal life, it also has deeply participated into the development of the social economy and become a much more important initiative power of the economic development. While, compared with the developed counties or areas, such as USA, EU etc, there is a big gap between the insurance companies of our country and the developed countries. Human resource is the primary and most important motivity of all enterprises. The competitionness of insurance enterprises depends on the ability of improving human resource policies for employee recruitment, placement and retention. Only the company that can establish a stable and reasonable talent team, can achieve an impregnable position in this competition. Now, the competition to get professional employee is more and more important and sharp for the insurance companies. To maintain the healthy and rapid development of insurance enterprise, the key factor is to establish a stable and professional employee team and find a good policy to reduce staff turn over.This research included five partst:the first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the research background, research purpose methods and framework, etc.; The second part is the literature review, aims to state the research status of the employee turnover, staff management theory in China and oversea and the related research were summarized and reviewed; The third part is a case analysis of the i zhejiang branch X insurance company including the design of investigating methods, the results influencing factors; The fourth part is the the refining and improving of the human resource policy of Zhejiang X insurance mainly including institutional guarantee, policy support, encouragement, education and cultural security countermeasures and Suggestions; The fifth part is conclusion.With a detail investigation and understanding to the current situation of the development of the insurance industry and related literature, and based on the case analysis of the Zhejiang branch of X insurance company, this paper is to find out the influence factors of employee turnover in X insurance company, get a good resolution to enhance staff loyalty and stability, and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.
