As the economic globalization develops in depth, global enterprises are transitingand adjusting gradually in the direction of diversification and specialization, meanwhilecost control and productivity improvement have become the main direction of businessoperation. Some global enterprises continually extend their regional business,Diversified development has also brought the diversity of human resource strategy atthe same time.Reducing labor cost, increasing the elasticity of labor and labor dispatching hasbeen tried and developed rapidly. AB company is a globalized company, which hasemployed dispatched labor for more than twoyears, the turnover rate is much higherthan regular employees, which seriously affected this company’s operating cost andproductivity. How to reduce the dispatched employee turnover rate is the urgent topicforAB company.First, this article will introduce the background and the definition of labordispatching employment, the definition of employee’s turnover,employee motivationtheory. Besides, the current situation of AB company’s dispatched employees wereintroduced, the high turnover rate of dispatched employees were statistical descriptionin the recent years.Second, define the steps and methods of empirical study to find the cause of highturnover rate. The first step isto choose some dispatched employees who are going toquittofill in the turnover questionnaire. The second step is to design anemployeesatisfaction questionnaire according to the demission factors whichwerefrom thoseturnover questionnaires, and found some dispatched employees filling them. The thirdstep is to design anemployee depth interview form, which will help collects thepotentialproblems from the dispatched employees and front-line leader. Some datastatistics and analysis by using Excelsoftwarein the paper, Dig into the root demissionfactors of dispatched employees. Meanwhile, find out those groups that were lowerturnover rate,too.Finally, combining the summary of dispatched employee’s turnover rate in recentyears and the root demission factors of dispatched employees from those questionnairesfrom AB company, offer suggestions how to reduce the high turnover rate of dispatchedemployees.1.
