City commercial banks are formed under the special historical conditions of China's financial environment.They are the products of the country's financial system reform and local financial risk reduction.They are mainly positioned as "serving the local economy,serving small and medium enterprises,and serving urban residents." The key to economic development is also an important part of China's banking industry.Zhengzhou Branch of Bank L,as one of the earliest established extraterritorial branches in the Central Plains Economic Zone,has concluded a relatively mature performance evaluation system for corporate client managers in the course of business management.According to the special period of L Bank Zhengzhou Branch's development and transformation,this paper describes the current operating situation and the personnel structure of the account manager,and puts forward the necessity of improving the performance evaluation system.Through a questionnaire and interview,a scientific discussion was conducted on the assessment model of the account manager of L Bank Zhengzhou Branch.The main problems were summarized as follows: the assessment system was incomplete,the assessment indicators were unreasonable,the assessment incentives were insufficient,and the assessment data platform was not established Many problems,such as inadequate assessment feedback mechanism.At the same time,it analyzes and references the daily management,grade setting evaluation management,performance evaluation and other aspects of the client manager performance appraisal system of Zhong Yuan Bank.Combined with the current situation and advantages,we redesigned the performance appraisal system of the account manager of Bank L Zhengzhou Branch,and proposed the design principles and ideas of the appraisal system,and use KPI and BSC and other performance assessment tools to optimize the manager's daily management,assessment rating,index setting,performance valuation,etc.The implementationeffect of the company's client manager performance appraisal system was tracked,and its safeguard measures were summarized and summarized.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the performance evaluation system of the account manager of L Bank Zhengzhou Branch,promote the refined management of personnel,and give full play to the incentive function of the evaluation to achieve the bank's expected operating goals.At the same time,it also provides guidance for the formulation and improvement of the performance evaluation policies of the client managers of other domestic commercial bank companies.
