Based on the performance evaluation index research and combing the practice of L mobile companies account manager, the main purpose of this paper is to intensively analyze the prominent problems in the formulation of performance evaluation index of the existing performance management system and address the related causes. In order to mobilize the working enthusiasm of the account manager and provide the basic criteria of evaluating account manager’s working performance, it also design a set of more scientific and rational performance evaluation index system by using key performance index method.For the performance index research, mainly from the strategic target of L mobile companies, it will decompose the employment objectives step by step, combine the practice of the positions and enterprise culture and select the proper performance index on the basis of scientific analysis, which is adapted to the requirements of the operation of a modern enterprise system under the new economic situation, in line with the integrated development strategic objective of L mobile companies, and closely related to the business development, so as to improve and consolidate the management level and competitive ability of L mobile companies. While improving the performance evaluation index, it focuses on its coherence to business strategy, corporate culture, department employment objectives, position responsibilities and so on.The establishment of this index system plays a significant role in promoting the enhancement of the salary management of account manager mobilizing the working enthusiasm of the account manager and making the working priority transfer to the enterprise development strategy. |
