China is in a period of rapid development of market economy.The banking industry,represented by banks,is developing extremely rapidly.The competition between banks at home and abroad is increasing.The rapid development of financial innovation,information economy and high-tech,coupled with the continuous penetration of securities and insurance industry into the banking industry,makes the challenges to banks increasingly stronger.HR bank is a joint-stock commercial bank merged by many city commercial banks.There is a big gap with large state-owned banks and large joint-stock banks in terms of technology strength,personnel quality,management concept,etc.How can we use the limited resources to occupy a certain market share in the competition with major banks? HR bank is bound to carry out transformation and upgrading and improve comprehensive services Service level.Corporate business is one of the core businesses of the bank,and also an important channel for the bank to make profits.The comprehensive quality of the corporate account manager is crucial for the bank to reflect professional services.Xiangtan branch of HR bank.needs an effective performance appraisal system for the corporate account manager,which not only optimizes the management of the bank's account manager,but also realizes the joint effect of employee motivation and performance appraisal,promotes the construction of the corporate account manager team,so as to build a strong corporate account manager team with comprehensive strength and better customer service.This paper takes Xiangtan branch of HR bank as a case study.First of all,this paper expounds the theories and achievements of performance appraisal of domestic and foreign banks by using the method of literature research;then it introduces the basic situation of Xiangtan branch of HR bank and the current performance appraisal system of corporate customer manager;then it surveys the current performance appraisal system of corporate customer manager by using the form of questionnaire,and analyzes the current performance appraisal system of corporate customer manager of Xiangtan branch of HR bank The existing problems of the nuclear system are as follows: the process structure of the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the appraisal weight distribution of the appraisal subject is not balanced,the setting of the appraisal index is one-sided and the application of the performance appraisal result is not sufficient;after defining theoptimization objectives and principles,the current performance appraisal system is optimized based on the performance appraisal concept of the balanced score card,mainly including the establishment of performance appraisal system The assessment leading group coordinates the overall assessment work,enriches and improves the performance assessment index system from four dimensions of finance,customer service,internal control operation,learning and growth,strengthens the application of performance assessment results,and establishes a feedback process so that problems found can be communicated in a timely manner And solutions.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures from five aspects: organizational structure,cultural atmosphere,assessment and propaganda,technical support and supervision guarantee.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper integrates the concept of Balanced Scorecard and 360 degree appraisal into the new performance appraisal system,expands the relevant research on the performance appraisal of customer managers in Xiangtan branch of HR bank,explores to build a strong corporate customer manager team with comprehensive strength for Xiangtan branch,and also provides ideas and guidance for the construction of corporate customer managers in HR bank.
