In the development trend of economic globalization,if commercial banks want to further improve their core competitiveness and develop their own financial advantages,they need to strengthen internal management,because internal management directly affects the overall management level of commercial banks.But in reality,many commercial banks do not pay much attention to the perfection of the internal system,especially on the performance management,which restricts the development of the bank's business.So if the bank wants to improve its own competitive power,it needs to start from performance appraisal system.This study is to optimize the performance assessment of the customer managers of HX Bank Credit Card Center.The main purpose is to improve the satisfaction of the customer managers to the performance appraisal by optimizing the performance assessment,and finally to improve the bank's own competitive strength.Based on the perspective of theoretical analysis,this paper divides the relevant concepts,functions,methods,processes,principles,factors affecting performance assessment and common evasion to discuss the optimization ideas and Countermeasures of the HX bank Kunming Branch Credit Card Center in performance assessment,and also discuss the optimization measures of performance assessment.In the analysis process,I gradually found many problems in the current performance appraisal process,these problems are also the main contents of this paper.Firstly,by studying the performance appraisal of the Credit Card Center Customer Manager of HX bank Kunming branch,we can effectively analyze the existing problems.At the same time,we should solve the problems and strengthen management,and constantly improve the performance appraisal mechanism,so that the bank and employees can develop together.Secondly,based on the study of the current situation of customer managers,and find out more serious problems and deficiencies.At the same time,I offer a proposal.It is of great significance for HX bank Kunming branch to make recommendations and provide better management ideas for top managers of banks.Finally,this paper provide constructive experience for the development of other banks.
