Analysis On The Feasibility And Realization Path Of CCRE Finance Corporate's Industry Chain Finance

The industrial chain finance is a service model which is provided by financial institutions and relied on the core corporates in the industrial chain.It provides comprehensive solutions with the specific designed or standard financial service products to help the corporates in the industrial chain.It can not only meet the market demands from products and services,but also improve the income and enhance the competitiveness of the financial enterprises.The industrial chain financial chain business is a development direction for future taken by more and more financial institutions in reponse to the more coplex and volatile economic environment.The group finance company is an effective carrier of the integration of industry and finance with inherent advantages to develop the industrial chain finance.By providing financial products and services for the upstream and downstream coporates in the industrial chain,the group finance company can help to coordinate the enterprises and enhance the overall strength of the group in a much more effective way.Therefore,to promote the industrial chain finance vigorously is a historical mission of the finance company and also an inevitable choice of the entire group for the future development.The case selected in this paper comes from two finance companies,Haier and Gree.As the two pilot units authorized by the CBRC in 2014 to extend the industrial chain finance service,their successful experience in developing industrial chain finance business could be a good reference for the other finance corporates.By the analysis of these two finance companies' business model,it can help to better understand the importance for the group development through the industrial chain finance promotion.With analyzing the comparatively mature experience in this case and the professional theory learned during the MBA in Xiamen University,I'm going to analyze the industial chain finance business of CCRE Finance Corporate which I work for and explore the future implementation.In order to develop the industrial chain finance business,CCRE Finance Corporate needs to put a lot of effort on the financial innovation based on the sufficient understanding of the demands features and its industrial chain of the group to develop a specific business model to solve its problem.IT technology is one of the most important method to develop the business.And how to combine the group's business system and finance corporate's loan system together to expilot the advantage of the integration of industry and finance is another thing which worth think of.It's important for the company to control the risk during the whole process of the industrial chain finance in order to prevent the risk expanding while developing the industrial chain customer.To promote the business of the industrial chain finance is the the key point during the transition for most finance corporates.It could be a long and tough road for CCRE Finance Corporate to develop the industrial chain finance business,but it should be one of the key business for its development and transition,and aslo the same for the entire group's industrial chain upgrade.
