Presently, the enterprise reform and finance reform have become the most focused and difficulty parts in the entire economic and system reform of our country. The enterprises have to get out of trouble, the businesses have to enhance themselves, the foreign companies want to slip in and the finance industries have to open towards the outer world, all of which lead to a fierce competition of the whole world. As the economical globalization and China's attendance into WTO, it becomes an important topic to build the coordinated advancement and deepening between the enterprise reform and the finance reform. It is both realistic and essential towards the development of large Group and the building of finance system in our country to enhance the research of finance company which is a media part between business and finance.According to all the above, we proposed this paper named"A research on development pattern of Finance company of corporation". Based on the elementary theories of financial company and the development patterns in both inner and outer country, we elaborate the history of finance company in our country, point out the problems of the development pattern in China, analysis and summarize the influence factors. Considered of the inside and outside environment of finance company, we agree that the present development pattern is the best one in this period. In the end, we give out two advices about the next step of the development. One is to development through industrial finance system, and the other is to change the finance company into the financial holding company.
