Supply chain finance is normally provided by banks and other financialinstitutions through the collaborative innovation and logistics companies, mainlyrelying on the supply chain process of trading relations of collateral provided tocustomers, especially SMEs, financing and supporting the settlement, insurance andother services system solutions. Supply chain finance supply chain can not onlyeffectively solve the weak link on the capital, difficulties in the supply chain of SMEs,but also allows financial institutions to reduce credit risk, so that logistics companiesand other participants to get more value-added space.Supply chain finance is usually dominated by banks, logistics companies,supplemented by SMEs in the supply chain financing. At this stage the financial supplychain service providers not only by the banks to participate, there are third-partylogistics service providers and business enterprises to participate in the supply chainfinance business. This thesis investigates electronics products export trading supplychain finance mode of operation and risk from the point of CES–the third-party serviceprovider view.This thesis analyses supply chain finance background and current development,and describes supply chain finance risk management in its operation. Combined withCES background, supply chain status at this stage, the external environment and internalenvironment analysis, it discusses self-liquidating trade finance, international customerfinance and finance warehouse facility based on Free Trade Port Area three kinds ofmode of CES supply chain finance operation modes, Finally it analyses CES supplychain finance risk and means of control.
