Research On Service Transformation Of Enterprise Group Finance Company Based On The Perspective Of Financial-Industrial Integration

With the development of enterprise groups in various countries and the vigorous development of the financial industry,there is a trend that industrial capital is gradually converging with financial capital all over the world.And many large-scale industrial and financial conglomerates have been formed.In our country,the finance company is a product of financial-industrial integration.The appearance of Dongfeng Automobile Finance Company in 1987 is the beginning of the enterprise groups' financial-industrial integration in our country.With the development of China's enterprise groups and finance companies,finance companies have encountered new difficulties in their business operations,such as inaccuracy of functional positioning,limited scope of fund use,declining profitability and intensifying competition.The model of only servicing the members of the enterprise group has restricted the development of finance companies.Therefore,this article provides suggestions for finance companies to transform their financial services to the industrial chain finance based on the perspective of financial-industrial integrationBased on the background of the research and significance of the research,this paper summarizes the four modes of financial-industrial integration in China's enterprise groups,and analyzes the problems such as inaccurate positioning of functions and double assessment standards from enterprise groups faced by finance company.Then this paper proposes that it is possible to position the functions of the enterprise group finance company in the industrial chain finance and provides financial service to the upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain.And this paper studies the development trend of industrial chain finance and designs feasible solutions for finance company to carry out industrial chain finance service.The case of Haier Finance Company proves that finance company carries out industrial chain finance service can not only promote the development of the main business of the enterprise group,deepen the process of financial-industrial integration of enterprise group,solve the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,but also increase the profit of finance company and reach that the finance company,small and medium-sized enterprises and group members tripartite win-win results.Finally,the article puts forward that finance company should take safeguard measures to carry out industrial chain finance services,such as accelerating financial product innovation and emphasizing talent training.
