The Analysis Of The Land-scale Operation And The Influencing Factors Of The Farmers' Land In The Ninghai Area Of Zhejiang Province-

Agriculture is the basis for the survival and development of human society.However,at present,China is facing the basic national conditions of a large population,a small area of cultivated land and a relatively low level of agricultural productivity.In addition,the household contract responsibility system implemented in rural areas now makes the arable land area relatively dispersed and brings various benefits to farmers'cultivated land.Many questions.At the same time,with the non-agricultural employment and urbanization transfer of farmers,land waste is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,how to improve the income level of peasant households while ensuring food security has become an important practical problem.To this end,the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that the only way to develop modern agriculture is to transform traditional agriculture by means of modern management of large-scale,intensive and specialized land.Based on the field survey data of Ninghai and the analysis of the land scale management situation in Ninghai County,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current effect of land scale and its influencing factors,and the mechanism behind it.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for accelerating the sustainable development of land scale in Ninghai and even Zhejiang.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,Ninghai County continuously promotes the appropriate scale management of land transfer,which plays an important role in promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers'income.However,there are still some problems,including:the development of Ninghai agricultural cooperatives is not standardized,serious vacancy;the land transfer mechanism in grain production is not perfect;financing difficulties are widespread,lack of adequate and effective financial support;the weak quality of rural labor force,lack of high-quality labor force.(2)Through the statistical description of the sample farmers,it is found that the aging of grain-growing farmers in Ninghai is serious,the family labor force is scarce,the education level of farmers is generally low,the average age is 57.7 years,the average number of labor force per household is only 14;the sample households have serious farmland fragmentation,the average area of cultivated land is 4.3 mu,the average land area is 4.3 mu.In addition,97%of the land of large-scale peasant households is transferred,which hasa great impact on the scale of peasant households.(3)By comparing the scale household with the ordinary household,we find that:(1)the demand for technology and services of the scale household is greater,while the ordinary household is more inclined to non-agricultural employment with higher marginal income;(2)the scale operation plays a very important role in improving the land rent income of the farmers;(3)the scale operation can improve the land.Fine fragmentation,and through the investment and transformation of agricultural land to improve the quality of agricultural land(4)Finally,through quantitative regression,it is found that the age of the head of household has a significant negative impact on the scale of grain production,while the number of household labor force,the experience of village cadres,the number of village training,the average rent of rural land at the village level,the form of written contracts and collective unified circulation have a significant positive impact on the scale of grain production,which is also confirmed.Only by speeding up and improving the circulation market of land management rights and guiding the regular and orderly circulation of land management rights can we really promote the large-scale management of rural land in China.(5)Finally,based on the above research,some suggestions are put forward:(1)Actively promote agricultural specialized service,perfect agricultural market service system,and further promote agricultural mechanization production(2)improve the land transfer system to ensure the fairness and fairness of land transfer;(3)further promote the transfer of contracted land-use rights and promote appropriately scaled agricultural operations.
