Analysis Of Scale Land Management Problems And Countermeasure In Shenyang Faku Country

In recent years, the scale of land management began to rise, but was plagued by a lot of problems, resulting in slow development. How to speed up rural land, land fragmentation, a low level of mechanization, rural surplus population affected by low education levels and low procreative skills, into production the level of achieving the desired standard and so become a land scale operation in shackles. So, how to combine the regional development of effectively,adjust measures to local conditions of the scale of land management model is China’s rural land system reform and the regional agricultural development direction choice and is related to the income of the farmers, the rural economy, national economic and social development of a series of important problems. This study investigated the 10 counties, 28 villages, farmers obtain 140 parts of the questionnaire, a questionnaire of 36 partner organizations. Analysis of survey data shows that:(1) Faku scale land management farmers generally low level of education, higher agricultural production in aging.(2) the scale of land conversion is small, mainly between 1-20 mu, and the will of land conversion is at a low level.(3) Faku County land scale operation focused on the area of 200 acres or more, the proportion of the total survey sample was 64.05%; land yields mainly between 1500 to 2000 pounds, 44.37% of the total sample size; visible better soil conditions, high fertility level.(4) the subject Faku County land scale operation in rural genius or specialized households,51.64% of the total number of households; village collective, agricultural products processing enterprises the lead to less, but according to the establishment of land management organizations and existing number of households compared to the village collective enterprises lead the generally more successful and a general increase in size, more farmers joined by land transfer, land management organizations representing farmers to join a strong will.(5) the main factors affecting land scale management are labor transfer, agricultural mechanization, plant habit, agriculture specialized cooperatives and systems and the policies;the resources are as follows.The current situation and problems of Faku County land scale operation, the following opinions and suggestions.Problems mostly in farmers, business organizations, government policy, system etc.One is from the farmers’ point of view the body to improve the quality of their own farmers, changing the traditional management thought. Two is how ah departure level science and technology investment and industrial optimization from theeconomic point of view, while the rural surplus labor force.Three is to improve the social security system, give full play to the positive role of farmers’ professional cooperatives,construction of land transfer information service platform. Four is from the institutional point of view to strengthen policy advocacy, and improve the land transfer system.
