In this paper is designed to explore the situations that many companies can often face.When a company reaches its peak of fame,it is often ambitious and,despite the future,is actively pursuing regional expansion by investing all its assets in the development of new branches and subsidiaries.But the recent economic instability in Kazakhstan and,the economic instability around the world,has led many companies to quagmire,simply go bankrupt,and some have survived by relying on the right human resource management.The nature and forms of these factors may vary,but the result is an imbalance in the organization.Human labor is one of the most important factors for successful production in every organization.For successful functioning in the market,the company needs highly qualified employees working as efficiently as possible.In order to make the work of employees most effective and efficient,motivation is necessary.Based on the theory of employee satisfaction and the current state of the company H,a questionnaire is designed and conducted among employee in company H to understand the current situation of employee satisfaction in the company.In this survey,we found the results of the overall level of satisfaction and the weighted average level of employee satisfaction in company H,we also get the results of employee satisfaction in company H as a percentage using ESI calculations,we find the most problematic issues in the company and the lowest level of satisfaction,then,based on equity theory,we suggest some possible measures to increase employee satisfaction,including Improving motivation system,career management as a factor of employee motivation,give reccomendation based on theory of justice.The relevance of the topic of this work is that the way to effectively manage a person is to understand their motivation.Understanding what motivates and motivates a person,you can strive to create an effective system of ways and methods of managing a person.
