Research On Optimization Of Financial Strategy Of HY Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Enterprise financial strategy is not only the guideline of the enterprise financial department,but also plays a vital role in the overall strategic goal of the enterprise.Therefore,the most concerned problem of modern enterprises is how to make use of the existing financial resources to formulate the financial strategy that is most in line with the development of the enterprise.In the process of financial activities,enterprises will inevitably encounter various financial problems such as financing,investment,profit distribution and cost control.Therefore,the implementation of financial strategy can ensure the realization of enterprise strategy to a great extent.In the past ten years or so,HY pharmaceutical enterprises have undergone rapid development,and their financial strategies have gradually attracted the attention of enterprises.Based on the theory of financial strategy,this paper makes a deep investigation and study on the financial strategy of HY pharmaceutical enterprises through case analysis.The purpose is to optimize the existing financial strategy of the enterprises and ensure the realization of the overall strategic objectives of the enterprises.First of all,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of financial strategy by analyzing and studying the literature at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper uses PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of HY pharmaceutical enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of their own financial strategies,and obtains the problems existing in the current financial strategies of the enterprises.Thirdly,on the basis of the analysis of the financial strategic environment of the enterprise,the financial strategy of HY pharmaceutical enterprise is further calculated and analyzed in combination with the financial strategic matrix,and the optimization method of the enterprise's financial strategy is summarized.Finally,for the implementation of the enterprise financial strategy,the paper puts forward some safeguard measures such as establishing an information management system and a comprehensive budget system.Only by standing on the basis of the overall development strategy of the enterprise and continuously optimizing its financial strategy can the enterprise achieve long-term and stable development.
