Research On SS Pharmaceutical Company’s Financial Strategy Optimization

Because of the fast development of economy and society,enterprise will face higher standard.Financial strategy also attracts more attention from companies.Financial strategy goes through the entire process of business financial activities and it is a key for enterprise to survive and develop.Facing the complex and changeful market,financial strategy as the foundation of enterprise development,this study can provide better way to raise funds,spend the money,and optimize fund’s utilization efficiency.China has stepped into an aging society and pharmaceutical companies have been supported by the government,therefore,this thesis selects SS Pharmaceutical Company(hereafter called SS Company)as research object.Based on the basic theory of financial strategy,this thesis also quotes foreign mature theory system and takes the company’s financial status into consideration.Meanwhile,this research also focuses on the financial goal setting,optimization of the improvement and implementation of SS Company’s financial strategy.First,the study introduces both domestic and international research status in the field of financial strategy.Second,the study introduces financial strategy’s theories.Then the thesis uses PEST to analyze policy,economy,society,and technology of the macro environment.Also this article summarizes the current financial situation of the company,and analyses problems of financial management by using the radar map.Then by the internal and external environmental analysis,through the SWOT analysis,strength,weakness,opportunities and threats have been clearly evaluated.As well,the financial strategy situation and problems of the company have been systematically summarized.Finally,by building a financial matrix which shows SS Company’s developmental stage,in combination with the cash short or over and value management,the study puts forward the optimization suggestion of investment,financing,capital operating and income distribution strategy.Moreover,in order to ensure the implementation of these financial strategies’ optimization,this thesis proposes some specific protection measures.This study aims at optimizing SS Company’s financial strategy by combining financial strategy matrix and financial strategy,and combining theory and practice.Meanwhile,the study could provide a new thought and method to optimizing financial strategies for the similar companies in the same industry.
