This paper is a case study on the leadership training of a joint-stock commercial bank which has been in operation for 32 years and has more than 50000 employees and has been listed.Under the background of the continuous opening and fierce competition of China's financial market,China's economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.The past market dividend and the opportunity of high-speed development of the market have brought huge profit space to enterprises and covered up many defects in management.Today,China's speed is changing to China's quality,and manufacturing power is changing to manufacturing power.The development prospects of enterprises are both challenging and more severe.With this kind of challenge,the competition among enterprises has evolved from the simple market share to the management competition.It's easy to occupy market share,but it's difficult to improve management,because it's about people,and it's about people's interests.If you want to maintain the vitality of enterprises in the competition,you need to improve management.The most important thing to improve the management is to improve the leadership.Strong leadership can lead the enterprise to brilliant,and low leadership level will make the enterprise go downhill.Based on the analysis of the theory of leadership and leadership training,this paper studies the leadership training of W bank through literature,interview,four-level assessment,360 degree assessment and other methods,and discusses the leadership model and the way of leadership training that conform to the actual situation of the enterprise.Through the combination of theory and case,this paper analyzes the impact of different leadership training methods on leadership promotion,as well as the role of enterprise development.In case analysis,this paper explores how to build a leadership model and leadership training mode that meet the real needs of enterprises by using scientific methods,so as to solve the problem of leadership training,and provide a reference case for the theoretical research of leadership training.
