Training is an important way of human resource development for an enterprise toimprove the staff ability. Quality of training course is the core of the training system. Atpresent CH Group is in the stage of strategic changing, how to effectively enhance thelevel of middle management cadres′ability of leadership has become an important topicof its staff training and development. However, after analyzing CH Group’s existingmanagement training curriculum, it is revealed that it cannot meet the needs of rapidlydeveloping. Thus, it is significant to improve and reconstruct the training course system.In order to adapt to the strategic changing of CH Group, and effectively speed upthe quality of training to promote the CH company management personnel leadership,this paper utilized training theories and the concepts of competency analysis andidentification based on leadership qualities of CH Group to improve and reconstruct themanagement training course system. This paper utilized qualitative analysis andquantitative assessment, a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,collecting information and data in CH Group, to identify, refine and analyze the keyfactors of leadership. Then training programs and curriculum based on leadershipqualities were designed, targeting to reestablish course system for training CH Group’smanagers.
