With the continuous advancement of the knowledge-based economy and the digital revolution,human beings have entered an unprecedented VUCA(Volatility,Uncertainty,Complexity,Ambiguity)era.Facing these challenges,companies can only survive and grow if they possess the most flexible competitiveness – human capital.Peter Senge,the author of "The Fifth Discipline" wrote that "only through the development of leadership can we create a new management system",which in turn is used to respond to today's challenges.It is obvious that leadership training is crucial.However,how to ensure that the investment on training is accurate and effective? How to prove that training enhances employees' capabilities and improves the company's performance? These difficulties in the human resource management area make it imperative to study a scientific and effective training evaluation system.After studying the literature,this article first elaborates the theories and models of training evaluation,and then summarizes and analyzes the current situation and problems of training evaluation management at SG Technology Corporation.Leveraging Kirkpatrick's 4 Level Evaluation Model and CIPP model as the theory basis,the author established a new training evaluation system for SG Technology based on the company's specific situation.This new system innovatively combines the diagnostic assessment of the complete training process and the summative evaluation of the training effectiveness.It assesses the training preparation stage,conduction stage and evaluation stage with 10 first-level indicators and 23 secondary indicators.Through case study,it is verified that the evaluation system has the advantages of being more systematic,comprehensive,in-depth,more capable of demonstrating the effectiveness of training and assisting the organization in decision-making.The article further explored the effectiveness of mid-level leadership training and found that it had a positive impact on employee capabilities and organization performance.Hopefully,by studying and optimizing the middle-level leadership training evaluation system of SG Technology,this thesis can provide valuable information for companies alike in human resources training and development,making organizations conduct training evaluation more effectively and scientifically.
