Nowadays, the companies have paid more and more attention to the training. And among some many training, leadership training is the most important. Although we invest much money and energy on it, the result can not be satisfied.Why? Maybe our understanding to leadership is not enough. Maybe the training is not interesting enough to absorb the trainee’s attention. Meanwhile, some HR organize the training just as a task, who are short of the long term thinking. More important, we always focus on the skills and ignore the work value.From the S group case, we are looking for the new direction. We should realize that the whole management level should take responsibility for leadership training not HR only. And leadership is an circle, made of work value,time management,skills. We should separate the leadership into different levels and use all kinds of method to develop it.
