With the integration of global economy and the popularization of online shopping malls,the retail industry is facing great challenges at home and abroad,such as the influx of foreign retailers,the continuous development of domestic retail industry and the emergence of online shopping malls,which bring great challenges and pressure to the local retail industry.In such a competitive environment,excellent employees with good character,high business level and good service attitude can enhance the competitive edge of the retail industry.HJ supermarket was established in 1999 as a local enterprise.With the continuous expansion of the scale,it developed into a supermarket chain in 2004.While the scale was expanding,there were a series of problems in management,mainly reflected in the aspect of staff training.New employees are potential shares of a company,and the training of new employees is related to the future development of HJ supermarket.How to train new employees,improve their work efficiency and reduce the turnover rate have become one of the major problems that the supermarket needs to solve urgently.This paper takes the training program of new employees in HJ supermarket as the research object.Firstly,it collects relevant literature on the training process and makes clear that the training process consists of four aspects: training demand analysis,training plan design,training organization and implementation,and training effect evaluation.And then,through the form of questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes and evaluates the status quo of the training program of new employees in HJ supermarket based on the characteristics of new employees,and then find out problems of new employees training,and analyzes causes of problems,such as lack of scientific new employees training needs analysis,the formulation and implementation of the training plan is too simple,the lack of pertinence and practicability,training effect evaluation method is not perfect,etc.Finally,based on the characteristics of new employees and various training models and theories,this paper puts forward suggestions on optimization of new employees training program in line with the actual situation of HJ supermarket from four aspects of training demand analysis,training implementation,training guarantee and training incentive.This paper summarizes relevant theories and various training models of enterprise employee training,analyzes the characteristics of new employees,and applies the construction and optimization of employee training theory,training model,training process to the training of new employees in HJ supermarket,so as to promote a better combinationof employee training theory and practice.It is hoped to improve the quality and ability of talents through optimizing the new employees training program in HJ supermarket,so as to enhance the competitiveness of HJ supermarket and grab more market shares.
