The rapid development of economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition in current world have brought more opportunities along with new challenge and potential risk,the diversity,complexity and uncertainty of the environment have increased to an unprecedented level.Faced with the great changes,the enterprise must stand at the strategic height to plan the development of the enterprise,and must carry out improvement of managers leadership timely,and must maintain sustainable development through continuous improvement of managers leadership,so it is very important to study and discuss the improvement of managers leadership and the key role of its survival and development for enterprise.As a new leadership thought,leadership improvement theory has been paid more and more attention.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of managers leadership in BJM Company,this paper finds out the problems existing in managers leadership of enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the leadership in view of these problems.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant literature on leadership and leadership at home and abroad,and summarizes these literature,which provides a theoretical basis for exploring the leadership of enterprise managers and the direction of improvement.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of enterprise managers leadership,combined with the relevant literature on leadership and leadership,this paper summarizes the main outstanding problems existing in the current leadership of enterprise managers,and summarizes the causes of the problems.Thirdly,by explaining the importance of the construction of enterprise managers leadership factors,combining with the relevant literature on leadership factors and the analysis of the causes of enterprise problems,12 competencies that enterprise leaders should possess are summarized.Finally,this paper analyses and summarizes the Countermeasures of improving enterprise managers leadership from three aspects: management system,quality ability and organizational culture,such as the establishment of perfect compensation,performance,training and evaluation mechanism,Improvement of the Ability and Quality of Leaders and Leadees,and the reconstruction of enterprise culture.Finally it draws the conclusion that “continuously improving the leadership of managers plays significant role in the sustainable development of enterprises and it is far-reaching significance to study countermeasures of leadership improvement.In this paper,BJM Machine Tool Company managers leadership status and promotion strategy are analyzed and studied,mainly using the following methods: Exploration of Documentation,Case Study Method and Questionnaire survey.improvement leadership of this paper is standing in the timely and practical basis,the research result of thesis not only enrich and develop domestic and foreign existing leadership and provide theoretical support for the scholars who study the leadership improvement,but also has very practical significance to the development of enterprises in the contemporary environment of fierce competition.
