In the context of world economic recovery is weak,China's economy is faced with great pressure,china's real estate industry operating costs continue to increase,the profit margins gradually narrowed,the major housing enterprices in the layout of the market at the same time the real estate market presents a diversified development trend The In this economic context,the real estate industry competition tends to white-hot,which is small and medium-sized housing enterprises in the cracks to seek a way out.Numerous practice has proved that all kinds of factors are all man-made starting point and foothold,always embodies the people of this concept,humanistic spirit,because people play a decisive role in the development of enterprises.In this paper,through a combination of case description and theory analysis,using federer contingency model,vision,leadership theory and change leadership theory study with the background of state-owned enterprises of small and medium-sized real estate company project director encounters in the process of project management problems.According to the theoretical analysis,as the person in charge of the project to project management through the analysis of the environment,and to realize their leadership,comprehensive the two aspects of the situation and take effective disposition of leadership.And managers through in-depth communication with team members to design a common vision,at the same time in the process of management to take effective measures to stimulate the potential of communication,all members together to achieve a common vision,play the leadership of the management in the process.According to the theoretical analysis,the company's executives need to play a leadership from the perspective of greater responsibility,pay attention to individual development,let the Real Estate Company not only concerned about the development of project objectives of the project,but also pay attention to the project team in the growth of each individual and occupation target,so as to make the project team more cohesive and fight force.Through the golden ten years of the real estate industry,the competitive environment is more cruel,the market environment at all levels is more complex,more influential factors on the industry.Faced with this situation,the leaders of the enterprises more need to insight into the industry trends,more effective allocation of resources to build a more efficient team.This case analyzes the solutions encountered by the project team in the development process,as well as the theory of practical solutions to the solution,and these programs are all related to people,but also with the leadership,so the leadership of management in the management of the project management and development of the company to provide a new way.
