With the development of the economy,enterprises are facing more and more pressure.Management is responsible for the establishment of the whole enterprise goals,leading employees to work together for the purpose of the enterprise.Leadership is very important to the development of the enterprise.Leadership is essentially a process of influencing others,and influence is the core concept of leadership.Different scholars divide leadership into different elements,such as the three elements of "ability,character and behavior",as well as the five elements,such as "taking an example,starting a vision,challenging the status quo,making people doing,inspiring people" and so on.X company as a small and medium-sized pharmaceutical company,in the fierce competition of the industry,the improvement of leadership is also helpful to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article chooses X company as the case study of leadership promotion research.On the basis of leadership trait theory,leadership behavior theory and leadership theory of situation leadership theory,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the leadership status of X company,and draws some suggestions to improve the leadership of X company,which will help the X company to improve its leadership and enrich the related research on leadership promotion.In the course of the study,the background and significance of the research are briefly narrated,and the concepts of leadership and leadership,the formation of leadership,the composition of leadership and the promotion of leadership are combed.Secondly,based on the theory of leadership trait,leadership behavior theory,charismatic leadership theory and transformational leadership theory,the current situation of leadership of X company is analyzed.The main methods used in the analysis process are questionnaire survey and interview.Through the study,it is found that the main problems of X's leadership are:(1)as a leader,the values are not clear enough to maintain their own values in action;(2)the leadership can not fully obtain the trust of the employees;(3)the spirit of collectivism is weak,and the outstanding employees can not be commended in time.After interviews,it is found that the main reasons for X leadership are:(1)leaders have no clear purpose and mission;(2)lack of necessary communication skills;(3)lack of management theory and skill training;(4)the selection mechanism of leadership is problematic.Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons for the leadership of X company,we have designed the promotion plan for the leadership of X company.The specific measures in the leadership promotion system include:(1)360 degree feedback promotion;(2)leaders develop their own leadership development plan;(3)improve the grass-roots leadership selection mechanism;(4)invite senior leaders to be tutors.(5)on duty study;(6)training course design;(7)necessary communication skills training.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,we analyzed the risks that may be encountered in the implementation of the leadership improvement plan,and put forward some safeguards.
