With the rapid development of society,the economic environment is changing with each passing day,new technologies are constantly being iteratively advanced,and the new financial management model has become an urgent need for more and more group companies to adapt to the emerging environment.As a comprehensive and innovative financial management model,the Financial Shared Service Center is based on the planning and establishment of a financial shared service center to implement financial sharing services.In essence,it is a means of combing the integrated accounting business,optimizing and reengineering business processes,and achieving the goal of significantly improving the management and control capabilities of the group company.This paper mainly uses the research methods of case analysis,and strives to maximize the comprehensive understanding of the application status,problems and optimization of the financial shared service center.Taking the GCL Group as a case,the main consideration is that GCL Group's financial shared service center has a long construction period and covers a wide range of industries,and is the first independent legal entity established in China with financial sharing services as its main business.The GCL Group Financial Shared Service Center also achieved a breakthrough in the cost center to the profit center.In the aspect of theoretical research,the basic theories of financial shared service centers are summarized from the basic concepts and theoretical roots,and the application status of financial shared service centers is expounded from the aspects of formation and development process and application advantages.In terms of case study,this paper combs the development history of the GCL Group's 18-year financial shared service center,and collects the financial data of GCL-Poly,GCL New Energy and GCL-listed three listed companies.Through the calculation and analysis of the management cost growth rate and management cost rate after implementing the financial shared service center,this paper verifies that the implementation of the financial sharing service center will effectively improve the management and control capabilities of the group company.At the same time,this paper comprehensively analyzes the effectiveness of the financial shared service center in integrating business,improving work quality and speeding up work efficiency.Through the combing of the status quo presented in the process of running the financial shared service center of GCL Group,the problems are summarized: in the IT system and process,there are problems in the process system that are not perfect and the process is not balanced;in the personnel and service,there are personnel shortages and the career channel is not established,and the personnel performance appraisal system is not perfect;in terms of risk control,there are financial accounting risks,change psychological risks,system and process risks.At the same time,propose a corresponding promotion strategy: in terms of system and process optimization,the process system should be continuously improved and the process balance should be improved;in terms of personnel and service management,personnel training should be strengthened,performance evaluation system should be optimized,and new service measures should be proposed;in terms of risk control,it is necessary to pay attention to financial supervision and inspection,reduce financial risks,optimize IT systems,reduce system risks,pay attention to communication and weaken employees' ideological risks.The concluding result of summarizing the Financial Shared Service Center is that cost and control are the core drivers for building a financial shared service center;process and standardization are the main features of the business operation financial shared service center;compound talent is an important capital that will play a key role in the core competitiveness of the financial shared service center in the future.Finally,looking forward to the future trends of the financial shared service center,the combination of business activities and intelligence will be closer,and the transition from cost center to profit center will be realized in the future.In addition,based on the outsourcing model,the trend of upgrading and upgrading in the process of Internet technology will be continuously optimized,and the idea of moving from entity to virtual financial sharing center is proposed.
