Research On The Development Mode Of Anlan Characteristic Towns

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the implementation of Rural Revitalization is one of the important strategies in the process of modern economic construction.In recent years,adhering to the five development concepts,China has formulated and promulgated a series of policy documents on building characteristic towns,which has triggered a nationwide upsurge in the construction of characteristic towns.The characteristic towns have become a new mode and new measures of economic development under the new normal conditions.According to the strategic requirements of rural rejuvenation,adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas is the main way to realize the prosperity of rural industry,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life.The training plan of characteristic towns put forward by the three ministries and commissions of the state also hopes to create new towns with green ecology,distinctive characteristics,industrial development and ecological livability.This paper takes Anlan Town as the specific research object,guided by sustainable development theory,idyllic city theory,new urbanization theory,etc,and under the background of Rural Revitalization strategy,using the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,field investigation and induction and summary,to analyze the advantages and problems of Anlan Town in developing characteristic towns.By comparing and drawing lessons from the development experience of typical characteristic towns at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the development mode of Anlan Town’s tourism characteristic towns.The purpose of this study is to provide a feasible reference for the development of Anlan Town and even the characteristic towns of this type.
