| China has always been an agricultural country with a large rural population.In order to realize the socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the first thing to do is to solve the problem of rural farmers.The integrated development of urban and rural areas is an important measure to promote the development of rural agriculture.19 times the national congress of the communist party of China,the party and state leaders on national business globally,in deep grasp the law of modernization and urban and rural relationship,on the basis of characteristics,put forward to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country,the strategic goal to make hundreds of millions of farmers to live a better life,it can not only solve the vital problem that the current rural work,pointed out the direction of the future development of countryside.And characteristics of small town construction goal is distinctive in construction,industry development,green ecological features,good livable cities and towns,the idea coincide with the strategic target of rural revitalization,the characteristics of small town construction can not only promote the development of urbanization,rural agriculture,can also help agricultural supply side structural reforms and industrial transformation.Therefore,the construction of characteristic small towns can be an important way to achieve rural revitalization.The characteristic town will be developed into a platform for carrying industry and population,attracting the inflow of various production factors,effectively integrating the unique cultural and historical resources,cultural environment and customs of rural areas,so as to promote the economic development of rural areas.In the backdrop of the strategy of rejuvenating rural,this paper studies the characteristics of small town construction and development of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,based on the characteristics of the local town development present situation,analyzes the characteristics of the region in small town construction problems that exist in the process and the factors hindering the research on the characteristics of small town construction,and puts forward the relevant policy recommendations,enrich the theory of characteristic town construction in our country,and at the same time the characteristics of small town construction in ethnic areas provides a certain reference value.The overall structure of this paper is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the research background and significance of this paper,and reviews the domestic and foreign literatures.At the same time,the first chapter also describes the innovation points and areas for improvement of this paper.Chapter two introduces relevant concepts and theories of characteristic towns,including Marx’s urban-rural development theory,Marx’s social structure theory and new-type urbanization theory.The third chapter is an analysis of the situation of the development of characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia region.The fourth chapter is an empirical case study of characteristic small towns in Inner Mongolia autonomous region.By analyzing two typical characteristic small towns in the region,it summarizes the construction experience and existing problems of characteristic small towns in the region.The fifth chapter analyzes the restrictive factors of the development model of characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,and analyzes the hindering factors in the development of characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia from three different aspects,which are the government,society and market.The sixth chapter provides relevant policy Suggestions for promoting the development of characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia,in order to seek better ways to promote the development of characteristic towns in Inner Mongolia,so as to better promote the economic development of ethnic areas. |
