Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Guantao Characteristic Town From The Perspective Of Promoting Rural Revitalization In An All Round Way

The characteristic town is one of the ways to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.Guantao County is located in Handan City,Hebei Province.The construction of the characteristic town started early,but the problems in the construction process are gradually highlighted.In order to promote the construction of characteristic towns,this paper takes Guantao County as an example to carry out research.This research mainly used the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and analyze the basic situation of several characteristic towns in Guantao County,and explained the construction of characteristic towns in Guantao County represented by Lianghua Town,Huamu Town,and Miscellaneous Grain Town.It also demonstrated the five elements of the rural revitalization strategy,and realized the organic integration of characteristic towns and rural revitalization.Through research,this paper found that the problems in the characteristic town of Guantao County can be mainly divided into three aspects: homogeneity of development,low level of development and inadequate planning and coordination.These problems constitute obstacles to the future development of the characteristic town of Guantao County.Therefore,based on the five requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward suggestions for the optimal development of characteristic towns from the five perspectives of industry,culture,talent,ecology and organization.While promoting the development of characteristic towns,it also realizes the integration of the strategic goal of rural revitalization and the experience of characteristic town construction.After studying this paper,it is concluded that the future development of characteristic towns needs to be combined with the rural revitalization strategy,and efforts should be made from five aspects: industrial revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,talent revitalization,and organizational revitalization.In terms of industrial revitalization,resource advantages should be given play to to build characteristic industries;In terms of cultural revitalization,we need to strengthen resource protection and attach importance to the identification and inheritance of rural culture;In terms of ecological revitalization,it is necessary to implement the green development plan and carry out the industrial layout with green economy;In terms of talent revitalization,it is necessary to promote the optimization of talent management system and talent structure;In terms of organizational revitalization,we need to adhere to top-level design and build a new pattern of rational planning,enterprise cooperation and healthy competition.
