A characteristic town with distinctive features is an important part of rural revitalization.It aims to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,and promote coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization.Rural revitalization,in essence,aims to solve long-term problems in agriculture,farmers and rural areas.After the absolute poor in rural areas are lifted out of poverty,rural industries,human resources,ecology,culture and organizations will meet new requirements of the new era.It is a strategic measure to integrate rural and urban development.A characteristic town construction development requirements to production,ecology and life fusion,moving a variety of functions simultaneously,and this requirement is consistent with the country revitalization of 20 word,rural revitalization after landing,China’s rural will have another huge change after the precision for poverty alleviation,seize the country revitalization of historic opportunity,the characteristics of characteristic town construction is significant.Most of the towns with agricultural characteristics are in rural areas where the development of secondary and tertiary industries is relatively backward.Therefore,it is of great value to study the construction path of towns with agricultural characteristics under the background of rural revitalization.In August 2020 and July 2021,I went to Qiaotouhe Town in Lianyuan,the location of the special vegetable town,for field visits,observing the changes in the local social landscape,conducting in-depth interviews with farmers,and mastering the development status of the local vegetable industry and relevant information about the construction planning of the vegetable town.At the same time,in the online a lot of reading literature,accumulated a certain amount of knowledge,the analysis of the bridge river town characteristic vegetable town construction present situation,combining the polycentric governance theory,city fusion concept,summarizes the town in lianyuan vegetable cultivation in the social participation is not enough,imperfect infrastructure,unreasonable talent structure,single production city industrial chain integration problems,such as And analyzes the causes of the problems caused by the lack of joint force between the main bodies,single investment and financing channels,insufficient capital investment,outflow of young and middle-aged labor force,lack of a large number of talents,and finally analyzes some construction experience of characteristic towns at home and abroad,closely centering on the theory of multi-center governance.Way of characteristic town construction can be achieved by industry development way,spatial optimization way,way of ecological construction,three melt is focused on the way and the facilities of the small town construction of realizing way,lianyuan further this paper presents the characteristics of vegetables town also need to improve public services,expand investment and financing channels,widen the channel of the talents,create characteristic brand.
