As China's e-commerce development enters a new stage of concentrated innovation and rapid expansion,the field of fresh products has become the "blue ocean" for many e-commerce companies to enter,it is cause that the online consumption of fresh,Safe and quality fresh produce has gradually become a trend of life.The supply of fresh products also has become increasingly frequent and widespread,and the continuous healthy operation of the fresh products distribution network has also received unprecedented attention.However,the perishability and timeliness of fresh products,the sporadic nature of natural disasters and emergencies,the imperfections of logistics or storage equipment systems,and the complexity of management and cooperation have all contributed to the failure of fresh products distribution network.If the failure risk of fresh products distribution network occurs without corresponding management strategy,it will not be able to meet the customer's product demand on time,which will greatly affect customer satisfaction and experience,lead to the collapse of the entire fresh products distribution network,and reduce the market competition advantage of fresh products enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for the good development of the fresh products industry to study the fresh products distribution network optimization problem based on the failure of supply nodes.Through the research of domestic and foreign literature,this paper clarifies the connotation and extension boundary of the basic concepts such as “Fresh food,Distribution network,fresh products distribution network” and so on,and analyzes the current research and practice status of fresh products supply chain risk management.Considering the perishability of fresh products,this paper uses negative exponential function to measure the relationship between deterioration quantity and circulation time of fresh products.This paper uses operational research theory to analyze the cost composition of fresh products distribution network operation management,and takes the minimum operation cost of distribution network as the goal,establishes the normal operation management model of fresh products,and the supply node failure management model using the manufacturer's expansion,enabling alternative supplier strategies in a defined environment.Then,the dynamic programming idea is used to simulate an example with MATLAB software to verify the validity of the model.In addition,this paper considers that the uncertainty of the market makes the retailer's demand difficult to predict accurately in advance.Therefore,the normal operation of the fresh products distribution network and the supply node failure management model under the stochastic demand scenario are established.Finally,through the deterministic equivalence class method,the retailer's stochastic demand is transformed into the deterministic demand in different situations,and then the stochastic dynamic programming idea and the MATLAB software are used to solve the problem and analyze the result.This study aims to provide a reference for management decisions after the supply node failure of fresh products distribution enterprises.
