In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the significant enhancement of national strength,the living standards of urban and rural residents have significantly improved.Fresh agricultural products,as an important component of people’s daily life,have become indispensable.The popularization of new retail models has made it possible for consumers to pursue higher quality lifestyles and richer scene experiences,which has also provided impetus for the rapid growth of the fresh agricultural product market.In the context of new retail,consumers pay more attention to the quality of fresh agricultural products and pursue convenient and cost-effective product delivery services.A reasonable cold chain logistics distribution center serves as a bridge for enterprises and customers to exchange goods and information,which can improve distribution efficiency,reduce costs,and meet consumer needs.With the development of new retail,it is particularly important to establish a reasonable cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products in this situation.On the basis of reading domestic and foreign literature,this article summarizes the current research status of new retail,fresh agricultural product cold chain logistics,and cold chain logistics distribution center location selection at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis.By analyzing the characteristics of the location selection of cold chain logistics distribution centers for fresh agricultural products in the context of new retail,a bilevel programming model is proposed to solve the location problem.The upper level model consists of five parts of costs,with the objective function of minimizing the total cost and introducing the cost of goods damage caused by freshness loss to optimize the upper level location model;In the lower level model,the objective function is to minimize the cost borne by the customer.When solving the model,genetic algorithm is used as the main algorithm to solve.And conduct specific numerical analysis on the community group buying of Company A,obtain the optimal location plan,and prove the feasibility of the model and algorithm.The research results of this article indicate that for the location problem of the cold chain logistics distribution center for fresh agricultural products in A company’s community group buying,a two-level planning model can be constructed from the perspectives of both enterprise and customer decision-makers through comprehensive consideration.The introduction of transportation costs and cargo damage costs in the upper level model not only ensures that the transportation costs and cargo damage costs paid by the enterprise are minimized,but also ensures that customers receive high-quality fresh agricultural products in the shortest possible time;In the lower level model,the goal is to have the customer bear the lowest delivery cost.Finally,choose one or more logistics distribution centers to meet the demand and obtain a reasonable location plan.
