Fresh agricultural product is an essential part in people’s life. In recent years, people have higher requirement for the fresh agricultural products. But the low level logistics and high logistics cost problems of fresh agricultural products become more and more prominent. In the modern logistics network, the location of logistics node plays a very important role in the optimization of the whole logistics network. So it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out logistics nodes location of the fresh agricultural products reasonably, which can reduce the logistics costs and improve the service quality and operational efficiency of the regional logistics.Combined with the characteristics of fresh agricultural products in this paper, taking Yantai city as the background, start to study on fresh agricultural products logistics node. Mainly do the following work:(1) Based on the domestic and foreign research status of logistics node location, the theories of agricultural products logistics and fresh agricultural products logistics are summarized. The contents of logistics node and logistics node location are sorted out. In particular, the principles and objectives of the logistics node location and the location of the process and steps are described in order to provide a theoretical basis and foundation for the logistics node location of fresh agricultural products in Yantai.(2) Finishing the development opportunities Yantai fresh produce, related method development status of the node and the node location. From two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and detailed introduction of the multi logistics node location model for the Yantai fresh agricultural products logistics node location provides a model base.(3) Considering the influencing factors on site selection of fresh agricultural products logistics nodes, build a reasonable evaluation index system. Calculate six areas in Yantai using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Select of evaluation of higher Zhifu district, Kaifa district and Laishan district as the aim of the further quantitative analysis.(4) Based on Yantai fresh produce logistics characteristics, using full logistics cost minimization as the goal, consideration of fresh produce during transport and decay time, storage costs and the establishment of fresh agricultural products logistics nodes required for fixed costs, I establish the mixed integer programming model for the fresh produce. Elect the best places from six specific locations in three district t to build logistics node. The verification and evaluation of the optimal solution are carried out by comparing the different combinations. It can provide a certain reference value for selecting fresh agricultural products logistics node and logistics network. |
